On Tuesday night our neighbours in Ballymena hosted their annual female only 5 mile race in Galgorm. With a record number of entries amd the course record was broken by first and second it was a great evening of running for the ladies.
Niamh Marrs secured a podium with 3rd place and PB. Marie Kerr 2nd v40 and a PB. Great running also from Niamh Delargy, Lucy O’Dell and Maureen McAllister.
