Sunday saw the Glens runners descend upon a beautiful sunny Palace Demesne Public Park in Armagh for a spot of cross country.
The Glens ladies were well represented with 8 ladies lining up nervously for 2 laps (5km) of the palace grounds. Their efforts were rewarded with 3rd place team prize and some socks. The V35s did exceptionally Naomi McCurry claiming first V35 in her XC debut and Kelly-Ann McAuley runner up V35.
Jonny Steede & Conan Brown represented the Glens men grinding out 3 laps (7500m) of the twisty, hilly but relatively mud free course.
