Friday evening saw the Glens runners venture down the coast to our neighbours in Glenlough running club who were hosting their sell out GRC Coastal 5k, 350 runners ran the scenic route starting in Carnlough and finishing with refreshments and music in Glenarm.
Glens runners were well represented, Niamh Marrs made the podium placing 3rd with some great times from Padraic Quinn 19.39, KellyAnn McAuley 19.40, Declan McNaughton 20.02, Mickey McCurry 24.29, Anna Steede 25.17, Andrea Mcallister 25.31 and Mary Duffin 26.24.
